In his 10 years in the ecological consulting industry, he has established an ability to develop and deliver high quality solutions for complex projects. He is a highly driven and enthusiastic professional who values a strong work ethic and teamwork. Chays has worked on large scale environmental impact assessments, EPBC Act referrals, ecological constraints assessments and environmental offset monitoring and management, as well as small-scale development approvals. His core skills are flora and fauna surveys, offset identification and assessment, Regional Ecosystem (RE) identification and mapping, habitat quality assessments, and avian mist netting.
